While we appreciate the opportunity to engage with the public and support community outreach, FWC staff availability is limited and we are not able to accommodate every event request. To allow adequate time for review and scheduling, please submit event attendance requests at least 2–3 weeks prior to the event date. Requests submitted with shorter notice may not be able to be accommodated. Submission of a request does not guarantee FWC attendance.
