​FWC Public Events Calendar

Thank you for your interest in having the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) participate in your event. While we appreciate the opportunity to engage with the public and support community outreach, FWC staff availability is limited, and we are not able to accommodate every event request.

To allow adequate time for review and scheduling, please submit event attendance requests at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Requests submitted with shorter notice may not be able to be accommodated.

Please note that an event appearing on the FWC Public Events Calendar does not mean staff are unavailable on that date. Event listings reflect scheduled activities and do not necessarily represent staff availability for additional engagements.

Submission of a request does not guarantee FWC attendance.
